Description: Basic Job Description:
1. Identify and develop dealers/ system integrators as business partners all across India.
2. Identify and appoint sub-distributors.
3. Provide technical and business support to the partners.
4. Achieving sales targets
5. Arranging demo at the client’s place for product briefing in coordination with BDD.
6. Forecasting monthly/annual sales promotional strategies such as campaigns, promotion and demonstration.
7. Initiating and developing relationships with target organizations for business development.
8. Creating awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and Revenues at the same time.
9. Analyzing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover and achieving the desired targets.
10. Conducting competitors’ analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve the market share.
11. Assessing feedback, evaluating and providing critical feedback on areas of improvements.
12. Building and maintaining healthy business relations with corporate clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
13. Assisting the technical team for installation.
The domain knowledge and experience of Software Sales / Computer hardware sales will be an added advantage.
Education & Experience:
The Candidate must be Degree/Diploma/Engineer in Computer/ Electricals. & Telecommunication/ BCA/ MCA/B. Sc (Electronics) or equivalent with up to 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Persons with lesser experience or are a fresher, can be considered for the position of Marketing Executive.
Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, CRM and account management skills.
He/She should be able to manage corporate clients and achieve Business targets.
Consistent outperformers/people with 4-5years of experience in sales and marketing can look forward to an independent positions of Branch In-charge/ Manager/Territory Manager at various locations. Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Indore, Coimbatore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Bhuvaneshwar, Ranchi, Guwahati, Mumbai Candidates can Walkin for Interview between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
