The role is responsible for sales and revenue generation for Higher Education vertical for the assigned cluster for HCL learning (a division of HCL Infosystems ltd).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Role is responsible for meeting the revenue and business goals for the Higher Education business in the assigned region. Achieving overall targets in sales and market share based on business plan.
•Driving sales involving effective promotional activities, product awareness with customers for growth and profitability.
•Must carry expertise in direct sales with higher education segment & planning of strategies to achieve the overall revenue.
•Key Account Management and Developing Business Relationships with Mainstream Higher Educational Institutes catering to wider spectrum of Education: Graduates and Post Graduates, Management and Engineering Domains.
•Mapping the accounts to the extent of formulating relationship with the decision making unit.
•Driving innovative strategies for branding & selling of high value product solutions and services to Higher Education Institutes. •Devising innovative strategies for high market penetration. Cultivating long-term relationship with existing customers ensuring repeat sales; identifying and converting new opportunities.
•Ensuring quality services to all customers in accordance with the company norms and policies.
•Structured monitoring/review of various processes and systems so as to achieve the targeted goals.
•To ensure adherence to the operating policies, procedures and overall goals of the company.
•Direct involvement in business growth activities laid down by the organization.
•Responsible for smooth functioning and timely achievement of the targets for Higher Education Vertical.
